Last updated on January 10, 2021

Every day, practice-changing continuing professional development is consumed on Wiser. This is made possible by Content Partners who are passionate about continuing education and Professionals who are dedicated to learning and stay on top of their profession. Wiser is founded on core values centered around this exchange of knowledge. We are committed to empowering highly knowledgeable speakers and organizations to provide an amazing continuing professional development experience for our global community of Professionals.

It is up to all of us here at Wiser to live these values: Content Partners, Professionals, and the Wiser team. When we live by these values, we continue to create a thriving, sustainable marketplace where anyone can truly learn online — and have a great time doing it.

Who Forms our Community?

Professionals

Our Professionals come to Wiser to have an engaging learning experience where they have access to a huge variety of topics from experts who practice these skills on a daily basis.

Content Partners

Our Content Partners are an inspiring group of organizations and speakers who love to share their high quality knowledge and know-how. They come to Wiser because of the opportunity to impact millions of Professionals across the world, and for access to the tools, platform, and coaching that enables them to create high-quality continuing professional development content.

What are the Ground-Rules?

1) Don’t spam

Professionals come to Wiser to have a safe and engaging learning experience where Content Partners teach for the love of sharing continuing education and advancing their respective profession. Content Partners: Once you’re on the Wiser platform, don’t try to sell other products or spam each other with requests and offers.

2) Don’t game the system

  • For Content Partners: Don’t direct Wiser Professionals away from the Wiser platform, push the envelope on what is and is not allowed, or search for loopholes in policies. We want our community of Professionals to grow, as does every other Content Partner. When you game the system, the whole community loses out on having a common pool of engaged Professionals who want to learn and engage in better CPD material.
  • For Professionals: Don’t harass Content Partners, ask for free coupons, or spam their Question and Answer inbox. The community relies on a healthy interaction between Professionals and Content Partners, as well as honest Professional feedback to understand which conferences, keynotes and live events are right for the community.

3) Keep it professional

Professionals can proactively communicate pertinent questions, and Professionals and Content Partners have healthy and vibrant discussions through the continuing professional development experience provided by Wiser. We ask that, in connection with those relationships, you are respectful, honest, and considerate with Professionals, Content Partners (speakers and organizations) and Wiser staff. Be a positive member of the Wiser community. Never ask for personal information, or post unoriginal content as your own.

4) If you see something, say something

If anything you see or experience ever seems like a violation, or you are unsure about a policy, just let us know by emailing support@getwiser.com. Someone on our team will review every report, answer your questions, and determine whether there has been a violation of our policies.

We’re here to help you understand our policies and be successful on Wiser.
